What if it all goes wrong??

Have you ever made a huge mistake?

Made the wrong decision or been influenced by someone or something else to do something you’re not proud of?

Yep. Me Too.

It sucks.

Fallen in love with the wrong person. Taken a job you hate. Bought a very expensive pair of shoes that hurt your feet and gone overdrawn!! Gone Bankrupt?

Failure is something we are all scared of and also something which can make you feel guilty, shameful and stuck.

Leaving a relationship is probably one of the hardest things to do, be it a work relationship, a friendship or even a marriage.

The guilt of letting others down often leads you to stay. With marriage, a lot of people stay together for the children’s sake. The shame associated with splitting up a family is huge – trust me, I’ve been here and know what that guilt and shame feels like.

I left a marriage. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I know it was the right decision for ME, yet the battle with my own feelings was very hard.

It took me a long time to stop feeling guilty, to forgive myself and to forgive others.

I’m not going to tell you that you must leave a relationship, work or otherwise – BUT what I can share with you is how to remove the guilt and shame so that you are in a place where you can truly get clarity on what you need, what you can change and what you really want your life to feel like.

Being stuck in something that doesn’t feel right takes up your energy. You feel tired and exhausted and this can even lead to problems with sleep, weight gain or illness.

I’ve worked with many people with stress-related illness, aches, and pains that are very often (in my opinion) caused by the relationships that they are unhappy in.

Yet the thought of handing in their notice or looking for another job is just too scary.

Fear manifests as many emotions: guilt, shame, anxiety, depression, anger, and sadness. It also causes you to have self-doubt, low confidence or self-esteem.

It makes you feel like you have no other choice.

You feel stuck even when deep down inside you know you want it to feel different.

Let me tell you that you do have a choice and I can show you how to move from the stuck place to one of freedom, happiness and Fear-Less!
