Here is our last take away menu before Christmas so just time to get some jolly good nutrition in before the big C!

Lunchtime Takeaway – choice of 2 options

Monday 

– Sweet Potato chilli n coconut soup + ‘Juicing saved my Life” juice (celery cucumber kale    apple lemon)

– Pad Thai noodles veggie sticks chilli on side

 

Tuesday

– Rustic Beans (mushrooms tomato spinach aubergine with cannellini) n V8

– Spicy black beans with avo feta tomato n parsnip crisps

 

Weds

– Lentil Dal n Green Machine

– Humus salad wrap with fruit salad

 

Thursday

-Broccoli n toasted almonds with Vitty Kick

-Trio of protein salad

 

Friday 

– Tomato n chickpea soup / Green giant

– Chilli with soya mince and tortilla

NOTE
– soup and juice combo = 225ml soup n 250ml juice, vegan
– freshly juiced/prepared/cooked daily
– vegetarian, high protein, low fat, offering wide range of nutrition
– variety of Gluten free
