Lacking Energy and Motivation?
When you lack energy, life feels really hard and getting motivated seems even tougher.
You wake up in the morning, open your eyes wishing to feel wide awake, instead you press the snooze button again and roll over for more sleep.
It never works though does it, it never gives you more energy?
Even if the night before you’d decided that today you WILL start, when you lack energy and motivation nothing happens.

The main problem is you know what you want to achieve and you believe you know why but in my experience, you don’t.
Working with clients over many years I know that the initial answer to why do you want to achieve that? is never the complete truth.
I want to lose weight because I’ll feel better is not a good enough reason, will wanting to feel better get you out of bed when it’s dark, cold and wet and your weight loss plan includes a regular morning run??
I doubt it.
Getting clear on the real reason is the first step to having more energy and motivation and is so important if you want to achieve change. That’s where I help you.
Energy starts with action. Even a tiny bit of movement starts momentum.
Once we know the reason, then all you need to know is what to do next.
It’s crucial to start small, a journey of a thousand miles starts with just one step but if that step feels too big, you won’t take it.
Working together, we create a plan that feels manageable for you.
If you think about a generator, when it’s stopped there is no energy but once there’s even a tiny bit of movement it starts to generate energy.
It’s the same for you, a bit of movement creates a bit of energy. Once the energy starts, your motivation will also start.
My job as coach is to keep you accountable for your actions, so we will review where you’re at each time and then reset or amend the plan if we need to. Having someone to talk to when the going gets tough makes the journey much easier.
Creating super simple rituals and routines that work for you and don’t take too much time.
You may worry that you won’t be able to find the time to do all these new things but very often we will have identified things that you can stop doing. Imagine how amazing it would be to be able to say no to things that you don’t want to do or to be able to delegate to others WITHOUT feeling bad about it?

I will send you a quick questionnaire on booking, so I have an idea of the area that we’ll be tackling.
During the session I’ll ask you many questions that will help to uncover what and more importantly, why you really want it.
Once we have this clearly defined, we’ll work out the next step you need to take.
You’ll be amazed at how much an hour can really help and by having that next step clearly defined you’re not wasting energy procrastinating or faffing about what to do.

After doing Lisa’s amazing and free 5 Day Challenge. I went on to Sail in her SHIP program.
