Sessions will last approximately 1 hour and are recommended to be fortnightly.

Walking & Talking Sessions
We will meet and walk in an environment where you feel comfortable and safe. Usually a local park, National Trust property or something similar.
I truly believe these sessions can be therapeutic because walking helps you to relax and brings together the mind and body.
Being outdoors is healing and creative and I have found clients find it easier to think as they have space around them. It’s also less intense than sitting face to face, which many people find much easier, especially when you’re discussing difficult or traumatic events.
Inside / Online Sessions
We can meet on Zoom, on the phone or at my private studio in Haywards Heath.
It is possible to arrange an appointment elsewhere, please be aware there may be additional travel costs.
Our focus will be purely on what you are struggling with and we usually start with a couple of questionnaires that I send to you.
Then at our first session we will start by defining your goals for our coaching relationship.
My Role as Coach
Coaching is a process in which you, the client, wishes to achieve personal growth in your life and I, as your coach, am there to act as a guide and to provide structure and method to the process of analysing the challenge and aiding you in developing strategies and ways of thinking to accomplish this change.
It is you who achieves change, the coach can not ever do this for you. Coaching can involve any aspect of your life, and will often include mental, emotional, physical, relational and financial.
You will retain full responsibility for all of these including your wellbeing and are solely responsible for any actions or decisions you take as a result of the coaching process.
You recognise that the coach is not and can not be held liable for any action or inaction or any direct or indirect result of the coaching process.
Coaching cannot ‘cure’ anything, mental or physical and is not a replacement for therapy or medical help and if I feel that this is required I will of course refer you on.
I will not be giving you advice or answers on what you should do and how you should be doing it, that is not the role of a coach. I will share my experiences where relevant, give you exercises and tools that may help and we will work together to find the answers that you are looking for.
You can expect me to be there for you, to support you on your journey to finding the answers that you need to help you overcome any struggle you’re facing in your life.
You may already feel that you do know the answer deep inside. Maybe you just need to talk these through with someone without fear of judgement or retribution.
Maybe you find that you keep repeating the same patterns of behaviour which seem to stop you from changing – you just can’t figure out yet how to stop this from happening or maybe you might not even see any patterns.
Coaching is about us working together with an end goal in mind.
My role as your coach is to help you to put together the pieces of the puzzle so that you can see the whole picture.
I may use a number of different techniques, tools and questions that will help you to change your perspective or maybe just to shine the light on certain patterns and habits that have caused you to become stuck in your life.
Transformational Life Coaching looks at all areas of your life, so even if your issue is around discontent in your career, we will also look at other areas of your life, relationships, health or your family dynamics, as these will all help you have a much clearer picture.
You know what to do.
You know how to do it.
You’ve even done it before and got the results you wanted.

After doing Lisa’s amazing and free 5 Day Challenge. I went on to Sail in her SHIP program.
