New Fitness Studio in Haywards Heath

We are VERY EXCITED to announce that Fit For Moore now have a Fitness Studio based in Haywards Heath.

Centrally located, above the Co-Op in South Road, Haywards Heath it is ideal for all people who live and work in the surrounding area.  The facility has changing rooms and showers and free towels so you can exercise, energise and re-fresh easily.

Just 30 minutes 2 or 3 times a week can get you fantastic results!

At the Fit For Moore training studio we also be offering other types of classes

  •       1:1 Personal Training
  •       Small Group Training ( max 4 People )
  •       Active 60+ Ladies program
  •       Circuit Training / Bootcamp
  •       Conditioning classes for special populations

So if you’re not looking for just weight loss and have other fitness needs we can cater for those as well.  Please see our Timetable for more information.

I was sceptical at first. How could you achieve SIGNIFICANT results in only 6 weeks? Well, after working out at the ‘Metabolic effect’ class (in Haywards Heath) with Fitformoore I was amazed to see that I have dropped two belt notches and lost almost a stone.
