This month I am delighted to have a guest speaker, Sue Chappell for our Monthly Lunch & Learn at Cafe Rouge in Haywards Heath on Tuesday 31st january 1pm.  Sue will be telling us all about the benefits of Reflexology and the positive impact that this treatment can have on the causes of Stress in the body.

Sue began her professional life training to be a nurse in Jersey. After having her first child she went to University to study International Relations and after graduating worked for Buckinghamshire Social Services with adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.

She then went on to have 3 more children, changed her career path and studied Law, working in the field of personal injury for a few years before changing to Family Law.

I felt and In 2012 she felt there was something lacking in her life I decided and so I studied Reflexology at the respected Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology, in East Grinstead, where she is also now a tutor.

 

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary therapy based on the theory that different organs and systems of the body can be mapped to different points or areas on the feet. Reflexologists believe that, through working these points or areas, they may have an energetic effect on the corresponding organs or systems within the body, encouraging the body towards a state of balance and self-healing.
