1.   Lentil Dal soup n beetroot veg drink
2.  Pad Thai noodles n veggie stix

Weds
1.  African Mafe soup n green veg drink
2.  Black beans with feta n Munchy Seed sachet

Thurs
1.  Beetroot n horseradish soup and Vitty kick
2.   Brown rice quinoa green n kidney beans walnuts n feta salad

WEEK 3

1. Red pepper soup with green veg drink
2. Humus with kale salad and bread plus fruit snack

2. Thai green papaya salad, Munchy Seeds and fruit snack

1. Carrot n coriander and green veg drink
2.  Pad Thai with veg sticks, chilli side

2. Courgette noodles with sundried tomato and Cashew dressing with marinated mushrooms

2. Savoy cabbage leaves stuffed with savoury rice

What can I say about Fit For Moore except that it is fantastic.  The classes are hard work, great fun and get amazing results!  Lisa and her team are genuinely concerned to make sure that everyone achieves their personal goals and gets the ultimate benefit from their work out.  Whether I’ve done an early morning small group training session or a Metabolic Effect class, I leave the studio buzz
