My role as your coach, is to be there for you at each step.  

I will give you the space to be heard without judgement and to unravel your thoughts.

I utilise traditional coaching methods, NLP and skills gained from knowledge and experience gained over 30 years..

I use a unique set of skills that make you stronger, more resilient and calm.

We set out the parameters for our coaching at the start of the relationship.  

I will send you a simple questionnaire which gives us a clear picture of areas that need priority.

We’ll decide what is most important to you, NOW.

It’s important for me to have a clear understanding of how you want to feel and why that is important for you.

Our sessions can be virtual, face to face or one of my favourites is to be outside walking.

I suggest fortnightly sessions as a minimum, these last between 45 – 90 minutes dependant on your availability.

You will also have access to me via the Voxer app during the core working week.  

(The app is useful for quick questions, small worries and for you to update me on something we’ve discussed during a session. I think it’s important, especially during the tougher times, to know that there is someone to talk to, even if it’s only briefly).

You will not feel alone or that you have to wait until we next meet to let me know if you’ve had a breakthrough.

Celebrating the breakthroughs is VERY important.

Be prepared for lots of questions, many requiring deeper work outside of our sessions.  

Don’t worry though as I give you the tools and techniques to do this work.  

I provide you with handouts, worksheets and will sign post you to other useful information.
