What’s at the top of your Priority List?

Have you ever had a week where nothing happened in the way that you expected?
When life doesn’t go to plan its easy to just switch up gear and just carry on working through your ‘should’ list.
The ‘should’ list, things like cleaning the house, washing up, going to the gym, checking email, filing, making the bed, cooking from scratch etc
Are all those things really important when life goes crazy?
NO.
What should be a priority when life goes crazy? Your health.
Trying to do everything just drains your energy, raises stress levels and has a direct impact on your physical, mental and emotional health.
Last week, I had one of these weeks but I’ve learned over the years that its a stupid thing to do. So, I didn’t worry if my floor was dirty or the washing up wasn’t done. I did buy food that was not completely made from scratch and instead of writing emails I decided to meditate and stretch.
It’s not easy to do, I had that internal argument with myself but I knew that by making me a priority, I would be looking after my health.
It is OK to not do everything.
It is OK to put YOU first.
It is OK to sit down, have a nap or even just say No.

Lisa is always encouraging, and thoughtful about making the workout vari
