Take-Away Menu for this week – 26th November

We had some great feedback last week on our first trial for the Take-Away Lunch and the food was delicious and highly nutritious and best of all it was delivered straight to the door.

This weeks menu choices are:

Monday
African Mafe – tomato chilli peanut soup AND  Green Giant juice (mango avo spinach apple)
Lightly stir fried broccoli with tofu, tomato n sesame seeds  with Braggs Aminos with fruit snack

Tuesday
Caribbean Pumpkin soup with seeds and bread AND Amino Green juice (celery cucumber kale ginger lemon apple)
Pad Thai (rice) Noodles* with veggies, peanut, tamarind and tofu, chilli sauce on the side

Wednesday
Beetroot n horseradish soup with seeds and bread  AND Vitty Kick – juice of carrot orange ginger lemon and apple
Quiche and Salad, fruit salad with yogurt and seeds

Thursday
Greenz soup with seeds and bread AND Carrot, apple, ginger n mango juice
Spicy Black Beans* with avo feta tomato and lemon spinach chickpeas*on a bed of leaves with fruit snack

Friday
Leek potato n cauliflower Soup with seeds and bread AND berry banana smoothie
Freshly made humus wrap with healthy coleslaw, leaves, avo, seeds and Fruit Salad yoghurt n seeds

NOTE
– soup and juice combo = 225ml soup n 250ml juice, vegan
– freshly juiced/prepared/cooked daily
– vegetarian, high protein, low fat, offering wide range of nutrition
– variety of Gluten free
-* served warm
