Reflection and Thank You

Feeling good about Christmas?

So it’s time for some honesty here, 2013 has been a really really tough year for me personally but I can honestly say it’s been the year that I’ve grown the most, stepped out of my comfort zone and achieved far more than I would ever have imagined.

Sitting here right now I know that Christmas is just around the corner and it’s a time for celebration and fun and also as the New Year approached it’s a time for reflection over what’s been.  I really am very happy to see the back of 2013 and am looking forward to 2014 as it’s going to be a good year.

I’ve met many new people this year and I feel privileged that I have been invited into their lives and (I hope) been able to help them toward achieving their goals.  There are a handful of people who have done amazingly well and I have seen them change not only physically but they have grown in confidence and happiness too.  How wonderful!

It’s been great to bring Jo into my business and also Katherine who is just starting as my admin assistant (and boy do I need help!).

Regrets…I have a few (as the song goes) but mainly that revolves around not being able to do as much as I would have liked but we are all human and sometimes life just gets in the way.

It is possible to make changes and to achieve our goals, it takes a bit of hard work, determination and consistency but it can be done.  Believe in yourselves, decide what it is you want to achieve and then go for it!  Do you know what?  If they can do it then so can you.

Thanks to all my clients for making my job a very special one and thanks for all your support, sweat and fat loss!!!!

HAPPY CHRISTMAS x

C

I joined Lisa’s Saturday gym class as the typical unfit overweight 50 year old. I have really enjoyed the last two years, gaining fitness and flexibility and losing weight! I used to hate going to the gym, but the Saturday gym with Lisa is fun and very social and the hour seems to go by very quickly. A great way to tone up, get the heart going and keep healthy!
