Private Small Group Training

Do you find yourself making promises that you will start exercising starting tomorrow or dreaming of being fit enough to run the’ Race for Life’ ( or a marathon!) but you never somehow get there? It’s not that you aren’t motivated but there is always an excuse as to why you’ll start it tomorrow instead of today.

Having a Personal Trainer takes some of this pressure off you as no matter how un-motivated you are feeling or tired, irritable or that you’ve had a hard day your appointment is fixed and I will turn up rain or shine and promise to make you feel better and good about yourself to the point at which you really miss the exercise if you can’t make it for a genuine reason.

We all need motivation and guidance in our lives, every year you will have to go through an annual appraisal at work and look at ways in which you can learn and improve. To do this you have to attend courses, read books and try new things so why not look at having a Personal Trainer to help with your ‘health’ self development.

Want to drop a dress size in time for a special occasion  We can do that! Want to look toned and slim in your summer bikini? We can do that too! Just want to feel more positive, confident and have more energy? Yes that’s also achievable.

Personal Training sessions are available as 30 minute, 45 minute or 1 hour slots Monday to Friday from 9am, limited slots are available in the evenings and weekends.
