New Programs coming in 2014…

In 2014 we will be launching some new programs, there will be our Small Group Training……

* Small Group Training gives you a more focused approach and individual support from your trainer. You will work only in a group of maximum 4 people who will have similar goals. We have experienced over the years, what I like to call ” the power of the group ” and it’s amazing how having that support and motivation from not only your trainer but from your piers can really change your life. I’m sure some of our groups will agree with us!  You will get advice on nutrition and lifestyle issues and have the chance to speak to your trainer

* We will also be launching a program in partnership with Nicki Edgehall from Nutrition and Healing who is a fully qualified nutritionist. The program will be unique to each individual and focus on your metabolism, we will provide a full nutrition, exercise and counselling program that will cover all areas of your life that can greatly affect your weight and health.  We will even be giving you cookery demonstrations as part of the course so you can learn what foods to cook and how to cook them!

In February we will be running a charity event at Clair Hall in Haywards Heath, raising funds for St Catherine’s Hospice in Crawley. The event will be free to all those who attend and we will provide you with a wealth of information on how you can improve your health, vitality and nutrition.primaryHeader001

 

In March one of our clients will be raising funds for a charity who supports her son with his immune deficiency disease.  Fit For Moore will be hosting the event ( which will involve cycling static bikes for a long time! ) in Haywards Heath on March 22nd so watch this space for more information.

Our  30 Minute Metabolic Effect classes will expand and we hope to offer more times during the week and we will continue to offer our unique Take-Away lunch service from Frootie Juices.

We will also launch our fitness program designed specially for the older woman who is looking to keep in shape and look after their health during their retirement.

Lisa has been my trainer for at least 16 years. She makes the business of keeping fit and supple funny and fun. Prior to knowing her I never lasted at any gym or class longer than a few weeks. Now I hate missing a session. She is a  great friend and I value her immensely.
