Thanks for today. Just had the most amazing evening with my husband talking about what I learnt about myself. Lots of tears, go figure, but the support he is giving me and will going forward is apparent. He has had concerns about where I am but trusts that I am in a better place now! The most open conversation I have had and he’s opened up too. He never voiced concerns about me before but we are working together now, not that we weren’t but I wasn’t fully open as I couldn’t be honest about my thoughts, feelings etc. the blocks were mine not his. We’ve spoken more tonight than ever and are aligned to make things work. We never had issues between us but I am in a far better position to share my feelings and thoughts than I ever have been in any relationship be it husbands, daughter or parents after opening up to you both today.

The Format For The Day

What to expect:

  • The day will run from 9.30am – 4.00pm and includes refreshments and a 2 course Table D’hote Lunch
  • The day will be interactive and will include group discussion, sharing, partner work and quiet time for reflection and self-discovery.
  • Worksheets are provided for the self-development tasks that we work through together during the day.
  • We finish the morning with a group meditation to ground and to integrate learnings.
  • A 2 course Table D’hote Lunch is served in the Restuarant or if we’re lucky on the Terrace overlooking the lake.
  • Following lunch will be a Mindfulness Walk through the beautiful grounds of Ashdown Park.
  • The afternoon we go deeper into language, release techniques and gaining clarity.
  • Finish with a review of learning and a planning session so you leave fully knowing what to do next.  You then have free access to the onsite Spa and grounds for the rest of the day.

About Your Coach 

 

Hi, I’m Lisa Moore and have been helping ladies with their health and wellbeing for over 25 years.  I qualified as a Personal Trainer at 18 and also had a successful career in the Corporate World in Finance, Sales and Account Management roles.

A single mum, divorced and with two young daughters, I know what it’s like to feel low in confidence, stuck and overwhelmed!  I spent many years worrying about what others thought and it held me back, in my relationships, professional life, and friendships.

Not anymore though!! And I want to share with you my knowledge, personal experience and all that I’ve learned over the years!!

Fitness, Wellbeing, and Nutrition are my passion but helping others to see and feel their true potential is what truly lights me up.

I believe what we all really want is to find our true selves and to feel happy, confident and free.  So when we look in the mirror we smile and not frown.

Over the years of working with many hundreds of women what’s really helped me to get the best results is to work more closely with what’s going on inside.

Specifically what’s going on in their heads!

The mind is an amazing tool but it can truly hinder us at times. I’m sure you agree?

Getting to the root cause of how they really feel and see themselves is what helps me to break down the invisible obstacles that are standing in their way.

This event has come together as a result of my personal experiences in life, my many years of training in fitness, wellbeing and alternative health and a strong desire to help other women see that Life really is Wonderful, despite our to-do lists, our challenges and our limited time ( although that might just be a story you’re telling yourself!!)

My intention is for you to start your journey to FREEDOM on this day.

Freedom from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and exhausted.  Allowing you to find YOU again.

One of the finest luxury hotels in Sussex.  Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club is situated in the beautiful Ashdown Forest just a few miles from East Grinstead.  The Hotel  has 106 bedrooms, Spa ( which you are free to use on the day ), Golf Course, Tennis courts and croquet lawns.

  • The Nearest Station
    East Grinstead Rail Station (7 miles) – 12 minutes
    Gatwick Station (16 miles) to Victoria, London on the Gatwick Express – 30 minutes
    Channel Tunnel (79 miles) – 60 minutes

Early Bird tickets are available until 28th February and are just £127, after this date the tickets will revert to standard price of £157.

There is a VIP option where you will receive 3 Coaching 1:1 Sessions with Lisa after the event.  Tickets for this are limited to 5 people and can be booked after you main ticket.  The cost for VIP is £357 *

  • Staying Over & Parking

There is plenty of parking available on site and any bookings for room must be made directly with the hotel.  Special Rates may also be available.

  • What will I need to bring for the day?

You need to bring yourself, an open mind, and some clothing suitable for outside for when we do the Mindful Walk in the grounds.  (This WILL take place no matter the weather!)

If you intend to use the Spa at the end of the day make sure you bring all you need.

I realised that Lisa’s coaching session was just what I needed as I felt stuck in life generally and was aware that I needed to focus on getting myself some ‘me’ time and also needed to get fitter.
