Laura’s 3 Peaks Success!

It’s wonderful when our clients achieve their goals and in September we had quite a few clients setting themselves some extra personal goals.

Laura Murphy and her team took part in the 3 Peaks challenge and we worked hard at our Haywards Heath studio during the weeks prior to the event to make sure was in tip top condition to reach the summit on each of the 3 peaks.    It’s a massive event that requires mental stamina as well as physical stamina and only 7 months ago Laura had a baby so an extremely good achievement to do this over such a short period of time.  ( the aim is to do all 3 peaks in 24 hours! ) .Here’s what she had to say after the event……

“The three peaks went really well, was very hard physically and mentally! And I found it all very overwhelming Sunday morning once it was all competed. I can say that the classes had definitely paid off as I was the only girl that managed to summit all three mountains – so I’m so pleased that I pushed myself to work hard. (Even 7 months after having a baby!) it’s all still very surreal that I actually did it! I managed to fall (more than once!)”

Laura did the event to raise money for a fantastic new charity, very close to her heart and there is still time to donate if you are able to.  You can reach the page by clicking below:

I have been training with Lisa for 8 months. I came to her to help me resolve aching knees and ankles from playing tennis. Not only has she enabled me to improve that situation, but my fitness levels overall have improved dramatically, and I am now able to run approx 8k, something which I have never before been able to do. Lisa is always encouraging, and thoughtful about making the workout vari
