January Take Away Lunches

Well 2014 is finally upon us and no doubt a little bit of overindulgence went on but not to worry you can get back to eating healthy and getting some exercise and you can do both if you sign up for the Metabolic Effect classes in Haywards Heath.  Our lunchtime classes will help you to lose weight, reduce your body fat and you can also sign up for our healthy take away lunch, courtesy of Frootie Juices based in The Orchards, Haywards Heath.
