Frootie Juices Take Away – Week 4

This is the final week of our Take-Away lunch trial and the feedback has been great.  Everyone really loves the soups and having tried them myself I have to agree how delicious and filing they are.  Try the Wednesday Thai soup as that is REALLY gorgeous!

 

This weeks menu is as follows:

 

Monday

1. Lentil Dal soup AND green machine (green veg avo n apple)

2. Mixed grains with broccoli seeds n tofu

 

Tuesday

1. Winter squash n  Vitty Kick (carrot orange ginger lemon apple)

2. Chilli with soya mince, black beans n tortillas

 

Wednesday

1. Thai carrot n butternut (with coconut) With Skinny Jeans (celery cucumber rocket pineapple)

2. Vietnamese Summer Rolls n fruit salad

 

Thursday

1. Rustic Bean soup (canellini, mushrooms, tomato, spinach) n V8 (8 vegetables with avo n tomato)

2. Indian crepes x 2 (wheat free) with spinach tomato seeds halloummi filling

 

Fri

1. Tomato n chickpea with Beet IT (Beetroot carrot orange n ginger)

2. Chard radish kale salad with cashew/soy dressing n pier of fruit
