First Timer needs your help to raise money for The Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Jo Herbert started training with Fit For Moore back in January this year and initially wanted to just get fitter and lose some weight, the thought of training for a Triathlon?  Well that had never entered her mind!

As Jo and Fit For Moore worked together it became clear that having a goal was a great motivator and so it was agreed that setting a long term goal was important and so Jo very bravely entered her first Triathlon which takes place on Sunday 14th September.

Jo’s father suffers with MS and so she has decided to raise funds for this amazing charity, her JustGiving page is: http://www.justgiving.com/owner-email/update/Jo-Herbert-MS-Society and you can read her story there.

We’re immensely proud of Jo’s achievements to date, not only has she lost 1 and a half stone, she’s reduced her body by over 54cm’s that’s 21 inches in old money!  Her energy levels are much higher, she enjoys a far more varied diet and sleeps like a baby everynight.

It would be wonderful if you would sponsor Jo not only to raise money for this worthwile cause but to encourage and motivate her on the day.  It’s a daunting prospect doing your first event and we know that just having those words of encouragement help to spur you on.

Go for it Jo, we’re all behind you and expect to receive photo’s and your thoughts about how it went afterwards.

I Just wanted to say a big thank you to all 3 of you, Sam, Jo and yourself for a great 9 week programme. As someone who isn't keen on moving and is a carb addict, it's been a miracle that I stuck to it. It was easy to stay committed as I never felt pressured or awkward. The shorter classes, gentle encouragement and your belief in me made it much more doable. The recipes were really helpful a
