My Favorite Quote

I’ve certainly realized how true this is both in my personal life and in the life of starting up and running a small business.  Life is scary and life is hard but if we give up then we never reach the joy of getting it right.

If you’re on a journey to lose weight and get fit it’s so easy to drop at the first hurdle or give up when the weight starts to plateau.  If you succumb to that chocolate ice cream or bag of crisps don’t just give up, put it behind you and start again.
