Testimonial from Tiger Cox

Tiger and I worked together in 2018 and it was an absolute pleasure working with someone who was enthusiastic, willing to look inside and to really work on himself as well as the practicalities of starting a business. Tiger is an amazing young man, I know he will go far and if you’ve not come…

Don’t worry about what ‘ THEY’ think any more.

My whole life, I’ve worried about what others thought about me. Would they like me?  Was I clever enough?  Did I have anything to say that they’d find interesting? What if they laughed at me?  I know that I am not alone in feeling like this, but it’s taken me nearly 48 years to realize…

Be Brave or Be Braver??

In 2016 I ran my first ever event – Midlife Mayhem – Reclaim Your Mojo! It was the scariest thing I think I’ve ever had to do (well almost, there was one other event in my life which took much much more courage but that’s a whole other story). The event was not for profit…

Do you have problems in making a decision?

It’s really easy to put off making a decision. It’s easy to say, I’ll just think about it or maybe I’ll just wait until I’ve talked it through with my best friend, my mum, my husband or maybe a colleague. Trouble is these people are not you and they will have their own agenda, their…

Is it possible to thrive and decline at the same time?

When I was out walking my dog, Sherbert, as I do every morning I spotted this plant. ( Walking early is SO good for my soul – I highly recommend it as a habit to develop l!) What’s interesting is the different stages that this individual plant is in. Partly still flowering, partly sending out…

It’s only a few Spots….nothing serious.

My poor little girl was poorly last week and it all started with a few spots on her tummy. At first, I thought it was just gnat bites but after she started really complaining about the pain I realized that there was more to this. I went to the chemist to get their opinion and…

Getting to the root cause.

I spent most of this weekend in my garden, something I’d been putting off for a while as I knew it was going to take a bit of time and also a bit of energy as there were a couple of shrubs that needed to be taken out.   Having cut them back a while ago…

Why do we find it easier to say I LOVE YOU than I LOVE ME?

February, traditionally the month of love. A month our thoughts turn to hearts and flowers, secret cards and engagement rings!! We think about the people we love and show them how much they mean to us but why do we find it so hard to show ourselves Love and to tell ourselves on…

January – Time For A Change?

January – traditionally the month where we decide; ‘This Year, things are going to be different’. Whether it’s the usual, I’m going to lose weight this year, get fit or be more organised, it all starts with making a change to your routines and your habits. Change; Always sounds easy and in theory it…

I really enjoyed the help and motivation from the lovely ladies at Fit For Moore.  They are positive, supportive and motivational.  The classes are really great, particularly as they are small and personal.  Also half and hour on non stop work is very do-able.   I will be back!
