Small Group Studio Training

1574R-02109BBased at our Fitness Studio in Haywards Heath our Small Group group training sessions provide training for up to a maximum of four people.

Sessions are 45 minutes long and each session will be focused on both the group and individual goals that are you will set with your instructor when you start training.

The benefits of  training in a group are many

  • Motivation from others in the group
  • Fun and varied way of training as you can work in pairs, team and as an individual
  • Competition  – although some people might not feel this would help them, when you feel comfortable with a group of individuals you feel able to challenge yourself and compete as it’s a safe environment
  • Support from your piers
  • Less intimidating than one to one training can sometimes be you will still feel that you have that individual attention from your trainer at all times but the support that you get from your piers will really help to motivate you.

Working out with friends or even stranger in a small group creates a bond and a great support system.

If you’re embarking on your first fitness programme or maybe you  haven’t exercised for a while due to health or personal issues but are looking for a bit more than just coming a long to a class then Small Group training is a great way to gain confidence and to focus on all the aspects of a healthy lifestyle.

Our trainers will coach and advise you on Nutrition, supplements, lifestyle and the best exercises.  They will keep you accountable but interestingly the others in your group will also do this in a much more subtle way.
