Circuit Training

Currently not held at the Haywards Heath Fitness studio, Fit For Moore run a Saturday morning circuit training class in Horsted Keynes. 

A blend of regular old school favourites ( press-ups, Step-Ups, squats, Jumping Jacks, Lunges etc ) using dumbbells or body weight mixed together with group, partner or teamed bursts of metabolism enhancing exercises.

Suitable for Boys and Girls of all levels of fitness.

Results in:

  • Increased Strength
  • Better Stamina
  • Core Stability
  • A great way to start the weekend

Where?:     The Martindale Centre, Station Road, Horsted Keynes

When?:       Saturday morning 9am- 10am

I joined Lisa’s Saturday gym class as the typical unfit overweight 50 year old. I have really enjoyed the last two years, gaining fitness and flexibility and losing weight! I used to hate going to the gym, but the Saturday gym with Lisa is fun and very social and the hour seems to go by very quickly. A great way to tone up, get the heart going and keep healthy!
